We left the Blue Anchor RV park in Osburn around 9:30. Got on I-90 going west.
We passed the north end of Coeur d’Alene Lake.
Through the city of Coeur d’Alene and then into Washington.
We continued west through Spokane.
We passed a neat old church along the freeway.
At exit 272 we turned off the freeway and stopped at the Iron Skillet to have lunch with Shirley and Bill.
We had a nice visit with them and continued west on I-90.
We passed Sprague Lake.
When we got to exit 220 we got onto Highway 395 heading south.
The weather was very hot with temps in the low 100’s. The dash AC is not working on the RV and the House generator stopped working the day before so we had no AC in the rig. Boy was it hot!!
We crossed the Columbia River on a new bridge at Pasco
The Columbia River between Pasco and Kennewick WA.
We worked our way through Kennewick.
It was a bit of a struggle but we got through it and continued south to Plymouth, WA where we stopped at a nice Corps of Engineers RV Park.
We spent last night in this park and will remain here tonight. Tomorrow we will cross the river into Oregon and head for Redmond where we will spend some time visiting with Patti’s daughter Becki and our grand daughter Samantha.
