Yesterday we left around 2:00 and drove to Laughlin NV so Patti could gamble and we could have dinner at The Outback.
Patti wanted to try the slots at Harrah’s.
While she gambled I sat in the VIP registration area in a nice soft chair and read a book on my Kindle.
Patti lost all her gambling money by a little after 4:00 so we went to the Outback Restaurant in the Aquarius casino to have our dinner.
Patti had the Wedge salad and the 6 ounce fillet. I had a house salad and the New Zealand lamp. The food was excellent. We had a $50 rebate card from Verizon
the bill was $59.
The weather in Laughlin was extremely hot and very windy.
It is a little cooler here today. Patti is going to do laundry.
We had planned to leave here tomorrow but the winds are supposed to be up to 30 MPH with gusts to 45 MPH
so we are thinking of staying put for another day.
