Teeth, taxes, and chores 03-16-14

We went to Blythe on Thursday to get Patti’s tooth looked at. They put a temporary filling on it and made an appointment for April 7th to put on a crown.

We also went to H&R Block to get our taxes done.

When we got home we checked the mail and got an unexpected 1099 from the company where we have our investments. Now we will have to go back to get our taxes refigured.

Yesterday we went to Gene and Freda’s for an end of the season pot luck.

 

There were hamburgers, barbequed chicken thighs, salads and deserts.

I made a double batch of Nopoalies to share.
They were a hit.

Today Patti went with Doris to the Blue Water Casino in Parker.

Tomorrow we are going to Blythe to have the taxes redone and I have to buy a radiator for the jeep.
The one that is in there now is leaking along the seam between the core and the lower tank.
The radiator is made with an aluminum core plastic tanks and can’t be repaired so it has to be replaced.

I have a couple of chores to do today so I better get to them.
