Yesterday, we took some of our cousins from the great white north out to the Kofa.
There were 5 rigs in the group.

The Party consisted of;
Suzanne and Roy from Alberta. You might remember them from last year.

Suzanne and Dennis,from Québec. (who we have nicknamed Junior and Missy.

Cindy and David, from Alberta.

And Camo Bill, form Ontario.

The weather was warm as long as you were out of the cold wind that was blowing from the north.
The poor people who were in open ATV's were freezing there buns off.

Our route was essentially the same as last time we took Becky and Dennis to the Kofa (See blog for January 2/10) except that this time we went up to the MST&T tower. It is on a hill with a good view to the west. I had hoped to have lunch there but we didn't stay long because the wind was so cold.

A few miles further along the trail, we found a spot in a wash out of the wind where we had lunch. It was nice and warm out of the wind.

Bill played a trick on Junior by pouring some oil on the ground under his brand new Jeep when no one was looking. After a bit he asked Dennis what was that dripping from under his rig.

It didn't take long though for Dennis and Dave to figure out what was going on and we all had a good laugh at Juniors expense.

We had a good time and every one loved the beauty of the area and want to go back again.

I suggested that perhaps we could have a weeny roast at Scull Rock. Suzanne and Roy who had been there with us last year said that, that was a great idea.

So maybe next Tuesday we will go there.

I really like the spot and have been looking for an excuse to go back again.
