This is a Short One

The morning.

I spent the morning working on yesterday's post.

A new place for Mexican food.

Around 1:00 we went to The Taco Shop for lunch. It is in an old drive in that looks like it may have been an A&W in the past and looks a little run down so we were a little hesitant. Yesterday we decided to give it a try.
Patti had a chicken taco and I had a carne asada taco.They were very good.
The place has a extensive Mexican menu with some things I haven't seen before. We will definitely go back.

Casa Grande Walmart.

After lunch we went to the Walmart in Casa Grande to get some things we couldn't find at the one here in Coolidge.

A Good Dinner.

Around 6:30 I cooked Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls. It is a simple recipe with ground buffalo, stewed tomatoes, onions, garlic and cabbage. As always it was great.

A Long Ride.

Today we are taking a long ride. The trail starts north east of Phoenix and makes a big loop that goes past Lake Roosevelt and comes out at Apache Junction. We will probably not get home until after dark. I'll tell you all about it tomorrow.
