The Cracked Bumper Update.

A Late Start.

I woke up later than usual this morning so we didn’t get going until around 11:00.

The Bumper.

We drove to a welding shop in Mesquite to see if they would weld the cracks in the front bumper.

Drivers Side.

The people at the welding shop said that they couldn’t do it because of insurance issues.
Actually I expected that.
Back in the day, they would have welded it up but everyone is so sue happy now a days that their hands are tied.

What To Do.

What we are going to do is;
When we leave here in about eight days, Patti will drive the jeep and follow me to down to Quartzsite.
I will eventually buy a new bumper and figure out how to attach a tow bar to that.

Shopping.

After leaving the welding shop we drove to Walmart and did some grocery shopping.

Back at the RV.

After shopping we went back to the RV and just relaxed for the rest of the day.

Denis and Sue.

Denis and Sue pulled into their spot around 3:00.
We didn’t go over and bug them because we knew they have been on the road for about 6 days and needed some down time.

Okay, that was our Tuesday.
