Debby came by yesterday and said that her sons and there girl friends were visiting. She and Mike were going to take them to the "Desert Bar" and would we like to go.
We didn't have anything planned so we said we would love to. Debby also invited Suzanne, Roy, Becky and Dennis.
Around 12:00 we followed Becky and Dennis North on highway 95.
About 5 miles north of Parker AZ we turned off on Cenega Springs rd. and after another five miles of travel on the dirt road we came to The Nellie E Saloon or
(Desert Bar).
The desert bar is situated in the Buckskin mountains at an old copper mining camp and is very unique.
I'm not going to give you a long description of the place because they have a web sight with pictures that you can visit at.
You will have to Copy/paste the address to your browser.

Here are a few pictures that Patti took around the place
They had a good band.
The bathrooms are locally famous.
This is the Men's room.
here is the inside of the ladies room.
There is an interesting fireplace in the bar
The weather yesterday was very cold and cloudy
most of the seating was out side so we all bundled up as much as possible.
Debby's kids were very nice and we enjoyed there company.
There were some old vehicles here and there
and some scrap art. here is a cactus made from horseshoes.
The menu was not too extensive but adequate.
If you drink Beer there is plenty available but the water is not too good so there fountain drinks taste fowl.
It was an interesting place to see, but we have no plans to return any time soon.
Well I think I will miss this exciting spot.
